Your product LP4 seems very promising however, your company doesn’t. Sorry, for being rather curt. You are not replying to potential customers questions nor are your products ready. Moreover, you need Kickstart campaigns to “kick start” your product which only indicates your company is not that vey financially stable. Should you run into problems of sort or the machine runs into problems how in the world are you going to manage that if you can’t even handle customer service? The company DAJA already has a dual laser engraver “M4 Pro” officially being sold on AliExpress and here you are still asking for support? My suggestion, get support from a big corporation and then release your product instead of using weird methods of funding from individual customers directly. Thanks.

Are the metal engraver head the same as model-3? Do you supply the movers (rounder and table extensions already?).

Is there a great demand for LP4 after all the hype for LP2 I want one sooner than later. I do hope this is not a hoax as some ads have been.
